We also run an exit advisory practice for owner-run businesses preparing to sell.
We work inside an owner-run business for around six months — bringing in more customers, lifting margins and building systems that run without the owner — then the business is sold at a higher number. There are no upfront fees: X18 is paid an agreed percentage of the valuation uplift at settlement, measured from a baseline appraisal agreed in writing with your broker before any work starts.
